Lower elongation: The breaking elongation is close to the wire rope.

Ligthter: Under the same strength ,the weight(g/m) is only 1/7 of the wire rope, 1/4-1/5of the Nylon rope or Polyester rope.18%-20% of the polypropylene rope.

Smaller: Under the same breaking ,the diameter of the uhmwpe rope is 55%-60% of the Nylon rope or polyester rope.45% of the polyproptene rope.

It will be non-rotaing, anti-kinking,aging resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.

Significantly lighter than steel cable, synthetic rope doesn’t store as much energy as a steel cable does, meaning it won’t become as much of a projectile if it breaks. Being lighter than steel cable also gives it an advantage on vehicles that are sensitive to weight, especially over the front axle. Synthetic rope’s high flexibility and low weight make it much easier to handle than steel with the added benefit of not kinking the way steel cable can. Also, it won’t develop the burrs that can occur on steel cable, making it safer to handle without gloves, but careless use will cause knots.

While synthetic rope has a higher breaking strength than a comparable steel cable, that doesn’t mean it is unbreakable. However, unlike steel cable, if a synthetic line does break, it can be repaired in the field with proper braiding techniques. Synthetic line also has the advantage of floating, which could make a recovery in a mud hole or body of water easier。

(1) High wear resistance: Because uhmwpe friction coefficient (0.07-0.11) and molecular chain length, with self-lubricating, anti-adhesion, non-scaling characteristics, so high wear resistance. Its wear resistance is 4-7 times the ordinary wire, PE 3 times, ABC 5 times.

(2) Super breaking strength: UHMWPE breaking strength is 2.5 times PE80, UHMWPE is PE100 more than 30 times.

(3) High impact resistance: is the first plastic. Is 10 times the nylon 66, 20 times the polyvinyl chloride, 4 times the ordinary vinyl.

(4) Corrosion resistance: Ummwpe is a saturated group molecular structure, high chemical stability, able to resist acid and alkali salts and organic solvents corrosion.

to carry, can float in the water.
